The L75 is our flagship design, combining generous space with modern styling. Built from two joined 40ft containers and one 20ft container, it offers as much as 75 m² of perfectly organised floor area. It is a home that meets the needs of larger families as well as those looking for a luxurious, practical interior in a compact form.
The L75 offers two separate bedrooms – ideal for a family with children, for guests or as a remote working space. The spacious living room combined with an open kitchen is the heart of the home and encourages time spent together. Opening onto the terrace, the living room connects the interior with the surrounding nature, creating a place to relax and unwind. A luxurious bathroom and additional storage space are a nod to everyday convenience.
The L75 works equally well in a quiet natural setting and in the suburbs as an all-year-round home.

Open living space

The L75 is a conversion of two new 40ft shipping containers and one 20ft HC container

  • External dimensions: 7.31 x 12.19 x h 2.89 m, footprint area 74.3 m².
  • Internal dimensions: 4.36 x 11.80 x h 2.45 m plus 2.00 x 5.6 x 2.45, internal floor area 62.6 m²
  • Rooms: living room with kitchen 24.5 m², bedroom 10.7 m², walk-in wardrobe 2.9 m², children's room 6.1 m², bathroom 5.4 m², hallway 12.3 m².

Scope of container conversion

NEW SHIPPING CONTAINER (ONE-WAY)

The container conversion is carried out on a new 20ft HC one-way container. The shipping container is made of Corten (weathering) steel with increased resistance to weather conditions. Corten steel was specially designed and developed to minimise corrosion in the very harsh weather conditions found in the marine environment.

CONTAINER STRUCTURAL MODIFICATION

Cutting out and removing sections of the container-sheet walls in order to prepare the structure for the installation of windows and doors. Prefabrication and welding with consistently high-quality welds. Precision and a high standard of finish.

THERMAL INSULATION

Roof and walls spray-insulated with closed-cell polyurethane foam, 80-100 mm thick. Walls additionally insulated with mineral wool, 50 mm thick. Partition heat transfer coefficient (U-value) U 0.16-0.18 [W/(m2•K)]. Floor insulated with closed-cell polyurethane, 50 mm thick. Partition heat transfer coefficient (U-value) U 0.30 [W/(m2•K)]

WINDOWS AND DOORS IN ANTHRACITE

A triple-glazed unit with a heat transfer coefficient of Ug = 0.7 [W/(m2•K)] comes as standard. 5-chamber frame and sash profiles made of class A PVC. Toughened, safety, anti-burglary or solar-control glass can be fitted.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

Flush-mounted, with top-quality fittings (distribution board, sockets, switches).

PLUMBING AND SEWAGE INSTALLATION

Flush-mounted, welded PP, PVC waste pipes. Connections routed through the floor to the outside of the container

WALL AND CEILING FINISHES

Internal steel and timber framework for the walls and ceilings, lined with plasterboard, the surface skim-finished and painted

EXTERIOR PAINTING

The container is painted hydrodynamically with alkyd or polyurethane paint.
