Container homes — from 15 to 90 m²
A container home is a structure based on a shipping container made of Corten steel — the same steel that withstands years of ocean transport. We convert it into year-round homes, holiday cabins and rental properties. Choose from twenty ready-made layouts or order a bespoke design.
Three sizes — how to choose
- Mini — 15 m². A 20ft container. For one person or a couple, as a holiday cabin or a studio to rent out. Models L15.2, L15.3, L15.4, and in the version widened to 3 m — L15XL and L22XL, measuring 9 × 3 m.
- Normal — 30 m². A 40ft container. Two bedrooms, an open living area with a kitchen. Models L30.4, L30.5, L30.7, L30.8, F30.1 and the widened L30.4 XL and L30.8 XL.
- Multi unit — from 45 m². Several containers joined together: L45 (40ft + 20ft), L60 (60 m²), L75 (75 m²), L90 (three 40ft containers) and H90 in an H-shaped layout.
What comes as standard
Sprayed closed-cell polyurethane insulation — applied seamlessly, without the thermal bridges typical of panels. A complete electrical and plumbing installation. Large glazing in the living area. Interior finishing ready to move into.
The widened XL version
A standard container is 2.44 m wide. In the XL variants we widen the structure to 3 m. Those few dozen centimetres change the proportions of the interior — the living room stops feeling like a corridor, and a full-size sofa fits against the wall. If the home is to be used all year round, the XL is worth considering.
