30 m² container homes — for a couple and for a family
The 40ft container gives you twice as many square metres as the Mini version, and that changes the category of the building: instead of a studio you get a home with separate bedrooms and a distinct living area. It is the most versatile size in our range.
Standard and widened versions
- Standard L30 — 30 m² in the original container width. Six layouts: L30.4, L30.5, L30.7, L30.8, F30.1 and L30 basic, where we opted for complete equipment with a simpler finish.
- Wide XL — a structure widened to 3 m. The L30.4 XL and L30.8 XL offer two bedrooms and an open living space with a kitchen set against extensive glazing.
When 30 m² is the right choice
When the home is to house two people or a family with one child all year round. When you need a place to work that you do not want to share with the bedroom. When you are planning to rent it out and two bedrooms clearly raise the nightly rate compared with a studio.
What comes as standard
Sprayed PUR insulation with no thermal bridges, a complete set of electrical and plumbing installations, and a finished interior. The Corten steel structure needs no annual coating maintenance.
