At our booth, you’ll be able to see for yourself how we combine raw steel with the highest level of comfort.

What will we be showcasing in Karlsruhe? The two sides of Flexicube
For this year’s edition, we’ve prepared two special models that represent completely different approaches to space, but share the same uncompromising Flexicube quality.
1. L15XL Office Edition – A Bestseller in a New Version
This is one of our most popular models, proving that 18 m² is enough space for a luxurious office or a comfortable retreat.
- Features: Equipped with a full bathroom and a spacious main room.
- Design: Large, sturdy windows open up the interior to the surroundings, providing plenty of natural light.
- Flexibility: The model features versatile utility connections. What does this mean in practice? If your needs change, the office can easily be converted into a cozy home.
2. L30.OSD – A Global Innovation
This is a special model designed with full mobility and safety in mind. Built on the basis of a 40-foot container featuring as many as 5 pairs of doors, it represents a true breakthrough in our product lineup.
- Minimal modification, maximum durability: All glazing was installed inside the original doors. This allowed us to keep modifications to the container’s structure to a minimum.
- Ready for the voyage: Once the doors are closed, the unit looks like a standard shipping container, allowing it to be safely loaded onto a ship and transported anywhere in the world.
- Armored Shelter: The sturdy construction withstands extreme weather conditions, and the locked gates fully protect the windows from damage or break-ins.
Both projects are currently underway, but we’re already sharing some photos with you.
Why should you visit us?
Our booth isn’t just a display—it’s a meeting place. We want to show you that Flexicube isn’t just about “boxes”; it’s a lifestyle and a way of doing business without location restrictions. Whether you’re looking for a modern garden office or a mobile home that can withstand a transoceanic voyage—we’re waiting for you in Karlsruhe!
See you at New Housing!
