The rules governing the processing of personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, mobile phone) when you use a website. They usually contain the name of the website, the storage period and a unique number.
In this Policy we use the term “cookies” broadly — it also covers technologies that operate in a similar manner, such as local storage, session storage, tracking pixels, tags and scripts used to read or write information on your device.
3. Types of cookies by storage period
- Session cookies — stored until the browser is closed or the session ends.
- Persistent cookies — stored for the period specified in the file’s parameters or until they are deleted by the user.
4. Types of cookies by origin
- First-party cookies — stored directly by the flexicube.pl domain.
- Third-party cookies — stored by providers of external tools and services embedded in the website, for example providers of web statistics, advertising systems, content delivery networks (CDN), maps, video materials, social media plug-ins or payment operators. These entities process data on their own terms, as set out in their respective privacy policies.
5. Categories of cookies used on the website

| Functional | Remember settings and preferences (e.g. language version, selected filters) and enable additional features, such as embedded maps, video materials or chat. | Required |
| Analytics / statistical | Allow us to count visits and see how you use the website, so that we can improve its performance and content. We analyse the data in aggregate form. | Required |

6. Legal basis
- Strictly necessary cookies — we may use them without your consent, as they are essential for the provision of an electronic service at your request. To the extent that this involves the processing of personal data, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in ensuring the correct and secure operation of the website — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- All other categories of cookies — we use them solely after obtaining your consent, in accordance with the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024. Where this involves the processing of personal data, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Consent is voluntary. Withholding or withdrawing it does not block access to the website, but it may limit the operation of certain features.
7. How to manage your consent and cookies
Consent banner on the website. On your first visit we display a banner in which you can accept or reject individual categories of cookies. You may change or withdraw your choice at any time using the link to the privacy settings available on the website. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of activities carried out before it was withdrawn.
Browser settings. You may also manage cookies yourself in your browser settings — block them, restrict them to selected websites or delete those already stored. The relevant options are usually found in the section relating to privacy, data protection or site permissions. Detailed instructions are published by browser manufacturers (including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari and Opera).
Opting out of personalised advertising. You may also change your advertising settings directly with advertising service providers, in their own preference panels.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may make it impossible to use parts of the website, in particular the shop and the forms.
8. Storage period
We store cookies for the period specified in the parameters of the given file — from the duration of a single session to several months. Information about your consent is stored for a period allowing us to demonstrate that it was given, and no longer than is necessary. Once that period has elapsed, we will ask you to make your choice again.
9. Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area
Some providers of external tools have their registered office outside the EEA, in particular in the United States. In such cases, data may be transferred outside the EEA solely on the basis of the mechanisms provided for in Chapter V GDPR — a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses together with additional safeguards.
10. Your rights
To the extent that data collected by cookies constitutes personal data, you have the rights described in our Privacy Policy — including the right of access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
11. Changes to the Cookie Policy
We may update this Policy when the tools we use, the features of the website or the applicable law change. The current version is always available at flexicube.pl/en/cookie-policy, together with the date of the last update.
