Participating in the inaugural edition of the Modular & Prefab Expo Poland trade show (March 17–19, 2026) gave us the opportunity to explore the latest technologies in the modular construction and timber-frame sectors. The event at Ptak Warsaw Expo, which brought together approximately 70 exhibitors and 5,000 visitors, confirmed that prefabrication is becoming the foundation of a modern, eco-friendly construction process.Partnership Across Borders: Foremost Modular BuildingA key highlight of the trade show was a meeting with representatives of the Sino-Japanese company Foremost Modular Building Co., Ltd. (HEAD) from Qingdao. The company specializes in modular solutions based on steel structures, similar in standard to shipping containers, which it supplies to the Japanese market.
